All K-12 public school districts receive authorization from the Arizona Department of Education and follow Title 15 of the Arizona Revised Statutes. Additionally, school district receive procurement authorization from the Arizona Administrative Code for School District Procurement.
Both Yuma Elementary School District No. 1 and Yuma Union High School District No. 70 adopt their own unique policies that can be found on the Arizona School Boards Association’s website. Each district also has their own Purchase Order Terms and Conditions:
